  • We currently use YardiBreeze software which helps us to keep track of each owner, their proerties, tenants, and accurate accounting. This software also links to the online platform RentCafe, where your property can be advertised for rent. Through this site, owners and tenants can also create portals to send repair requests, access documents, and pay rent.
